This cozy vacation home is a great space for a family getaway. The living room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. Off of the living and dining room area is a sliding glass door with access to a fully enclosed deck. A hot tub is also available for your enjoyment.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet, and sliding glass door to the deck. The second bedroom has space for up to 4 kids with a pyramid bunk with twin trundle bed and a flat screen TV for movie nights, and adjacent full bathroom.
Challenge your group to a friendly game of foosball, or take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 2 adult cruiser bikes provided with this vacation rental house. Close to the river and also close to Ft. Rock park. Clean with lots of amenities. The one thing is that if you are here on hot days, the house can get really hot. Bennington Properties can help with portable AC units, if they are available.

This is a great dog-friendly home. My family really enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and quiet neighborhood. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a short walk to the river. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This house was spotless! It was perfectly appointed with an appropriate amount of kitchenware, towels, blankets, etc. the hot tub was great and super relaxing. The fully excluded deck was really nice as was the fooseball table. There were a couple of downfalls - neither the thermostat or fireplace worked. The thermostat wouldn’t turn off and it was VERY hot. We called the property mgmt company who came right out. They advised until repaired we could turn it off at the breaker. Of course this made it very cold especially in the middle of the night (inside temp dropped to 57). If the fireplace had been working that would have helped. I contacted the property mgmt company after we left regarding a small refund but I never heard back from them. It’s a great place to stay if the thermostat, furnace and fireplace are working properly.
