Close to the river and also close to Ft. Rock park. Clean with lots of amenities. The one thing is that if you are here on hot days, the house can get really hot. Bennington Properties can help with portable AC units, if they are available.

This is a great dog-friendly home. My family really enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and quiet neighborhood. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a short walk to the river. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This house was perfect for our family. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. I've been in my fair share of Sunriver kitchens and they have not impressed me like this house did. The bikes, foosball and hot tub were a hit for my family! We are a family of 4 and the size was perfect. Bennington properties were so helpful and checked in on us during our stay. We were really impressed with them and this home! The only thing that would sweeten this house more would be passes to the Sharc pool. Would highly recommend you stay here and we will definitely come again!

We just put our lab down and didn't want to stay in our home so I found Rogue 4 to rent. We try to go to Sunriver at least once a year and we believe we have found our new favorite house. The house is one level and not huge but it is perfect for a couple or a family of four. The master bedroom is situated away from the rest of the house and is very private. Outside the master bedroom is the wonderful hot tub. The view of the stars above made the hot tub soaking all the more enjoyable. We will be staying here again!

A bit of a trek to the village, but close to the river and relatively quiet from a traffic perspective. The place is on the smaller side, but worked well for our family of 4 (two adults, two teens). Beds were comfortable, kitchen sufficiently equipped, TVs/cable/wifi worked well (except for one day which was spotty). Garage had a foosball table - very nice. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. My only complaint, and this is not about the home or sunriver, is that check-in time has been adjusted (up) to 5pm check-in, and (down) 10am check-out. This is disappointing - hopefully Bennington Properties will rethink this as it will be a potential deterrant from future stays

This house was spotless! It was perfectly appointed with an appropriate amount of kitchenware, towels, blankets, etc. the hot tub was great and super relaxing. The fully excluded deck was really nice as was the fooseball table. There were a couple of downfalls - neither the thermostat or fireplace worked. The thermostat wouldn’t turn off and it was VERY hot. We called the property mgmt company who came right out. They advised until repaired we could turn it off at the breaker. Of course this made it very cold especially in the middle of the night (inside temp dropped to 57). If the fireplace had been working that would have helped. I contacted the property mgmt company after we left regarding a small refund but I never heard back from them. It’s a great place to stay if the thermostat, furnace and fireplace are working properly.

Overall the stay was nice and the house was great. A few minor details went array. The house was not clean at the 4:30 check in and we had to wait until almost 5;30. We were offered a gift card to go have dinner while we waited and gave us a $30 gift card for a party of three and one person to come. In addition We would recommend an option for an early check in as 4:30 is a little late in our opinion. The day before we left we were locked out of the house when we went to the SHARC. we extended our stay one day so this could have been the issue but the code no longer worked. We called and they unlocked the door right away. On the last night the jets in the hot tub came out of the tub and floated around. We didn’t call since it was the last night. We left some clothes there in the dresser and they said they will ship Right away so we appreciate that. House was clean good price and just the right size. Except for a few minor issues we loved it and it was easy check out.
