About this house rental
Welcome dear guests,
our bungalow "Kleine Deichperle" is located in Lemmer, near the dike. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful beach of Lemmer. Always with a view of the IJsselmeer, you walk a little further and are in the beautiful center. Our bungalow "Kleine Deichperle" was renovated at the end of 2018 and furnished in a modern style with old accents. The garden is beautiful and in the summer an awning will give you shade, if desired.
A Webergrill is available as well as sun loungers. Lemmer is a well-known water sports resort. Enjoy in our bungalow your well deserved vacation.
Anglers catch eel, pike and zander here.
2 fishing rods are available for free.
All around there are fishing opportunities everywhere.
Rent boats etc. everything is possible.
For cyclists free bicycles are available.
Take a bath on the beach or enjoy the surroundings while hiking.
Our "Kleine Deichperle" is the perfect starting point for a successful holiday.
Also day trips z. B to Amsterdam or to the outlet in Lelystadt, the small town Sloten (from the boat also beautiful) etc. are no problem.
Dogs allowed on request! Additional costs 20,00 Euro per dog.
Bed linen can be obtained from our cleaning company on site for 8.00 Euro per person. We are happy to organize it for you.

Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieter. Tolles gerade renoviertes Objekt, in einer schönen holländischen Stadt.

Vor allem anderen: Erst nochmal ein ganz dickes "Danke" für das telefonische Live-Navigieren zum Haus ;-) Nach leichten Orientierungsschwierigkeiten zu Beginn (kleiner Tipp für's Navi: Hausnummer 25 eingeben, dann findet man die Anlage auf Anhieb) haben wir schnell zurechtgefunden und eingelebt. Das Objekt liegt wirklich nur wenige Schritte vom Deich und somit vom Strand entfernt – ideal für spontane Strandbesuche für unsere Kids. Der Garten lädt zum Relaxen oder auch Rumtoben ein – ideal für unseren Hund. Das Städtchen samt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist wirklich herzallerliebst und schnell zu erreichen – nicht zuletzt dank der zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder. Mit anderen Worten: Auch wenn wir unseren Urlaub durch die generelle Coronaentwicklung in den Niederlanden leider kurzfristig verkürzen mussten, haben wir die Zeit doch sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal an Frau Delicate für Rat und Tat per Telefon und die freundliche Abwicklung.

Ferienhaus mit Garten, geschmackvoll und praktikabel eingerichtet, ruhige Lage, fußläufig sowohl Deich und Strand als auch Supermarkt erreichbar, sehr freundliche Betreuung durch den Eigentümer, absolut zu empfehlen!
