About this cottage rental
Rural house located in Udabe, small village in the middle mountain of Navarre, quiet and mostly cattle, ideal to discover the Sierra de Aralar or the Urbasa-Andía Natural Park.
BALKONPE II (ucr01007) 3 star category.
The house, being located on the first floor, enjoys exceptional views. The rooms have access to a nice balcony and from the kitchen-living room you access a terrace where there is a table and chairs.
It has parking next to the door.
The house is equipped for 4 people + 1 extra (a total of 5 people).
It has kitchen-living room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two small with option to put extra bed in both). Each room has its own bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, toaster, blender, coffee machine, ...). In the living room there is T. V, Blu-rai and stereo. Wi-fi zone in the house. It has heating in all rooms and we have a cot.
We develop agrotourism activities (we have Pyrenean cows, a small flock of sheep, donkeys, piglet, rabbits, poultry and a small garden).
Possibility to rent together BALKONPE I and BALKONPE II, so that 10 people could gather and have the whole building.

Hemos pasado unas fantásticas vacaciones en Navarra teniendo como punto central para desplazarnos por la zona la casa rural Balkonpe II. La casa es genial, tiene de todo, muy amplia. Idoia es fantástica, muy atenta en todo y ayudándonos en todo aquello que le preguntábamos. Incluso tuvimos huevos frescos de las gallinas que tiene junto a la casa.
La casa está en una zona boscosa preciosa desde la que es fácil llegar a muchas rutas de senderismo que harán las delicias de los que nos gusta andar por el campo.

Que la casa esté situada entre la sierra de Aralar y la de Urbasa nos ofrecía unas posibilidades variadas para hacer rutillas en semana santa. La casa está muy bien equipada, tiene todos los electrodomésticos que puedas necesitar incluso horno, que en las casas pequeñas algunas no lo tienen, y Wifi, si tienes dudas que actividades realizar la dueña (Idoia, que es muy maja) te aconsejará perfectamente. También queríamos comentar como punto muy a favor de la casa que esta tiene calefacción todo el día y en el cuarto de estar también una estufa de madera para la cuál te proporcionan madera todos los días.

Muy recomendable para disfrutar de Navarra,la casa esta fenomenal y muy bien equipada y que decir de Idoia la dueña que te recibe con un magnifico bizcocho y siempre atenta para ayudar a resolver cualquier incidencia somos un grupo de 13 amigos y nadie a hecho el menor comentario de desaprobacion.
Por lo tanto Idoia muchas gracias por todo y encantados .

Pasamos unos días fabulosos en balkonpe,todo perfecto la casa el paisaje la tranquilidad y como no la anfitriona Idoia maravillosa en todo momento.
Lástima que fueran solo 4 días porque nos faltó mucho por visitar y ver ,la casa ideal con su jardín animalitos chiripa el perrito y la tranquilidad con la que jugaban los niños en la calle.
Sin duda para repetir ojalá en otra ocasión podamos volver .Gracias Idoia
