Your vacation oasis lies within the gated community of Residencias Reef, one of the most luxurious communities on Cozumel. Before you enter, youâll know youâve arrivedâpalm trees line the pristine sands beneath blue skies, while the surf of the warm Caribbean slowly rolls in.
Just a few steps away along a pretty paved path awaits your condo, and it as amazing on the inside as your view is outside.
Casa Buena Vida is loaded with every amenity and artistic accents you could possibly wantâsatellite TVs in every room, a spacious kitchen with appliances both big and small, plus a stainless steel barbecue grill that should get a lot of use during your vacation.
For your convenience, your host has included complete maid service six days a week, plush beach towels for those equally plush beachside lounge chairs, high-end linens and fabulous décor. Each of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and the master bedroom also has a private beach-side balcony.
This condo has a royal feel about it, due in part to the king-size beds in both of the bedrooms. There are incredible views off the terrace, and thereâs nothing holding you back from that gorgeous beach.
As part of Residencias Reef, the homeowners keep the grounds manicured and immaculate. All you have to work on is that tan, while you windsurf, snorkel, SCUBA dive, go fishing or take a dip in the community pool. Grab a Margarita and take a moonlit stroll along the waterâs edge. This is the nicest unit at RR we have ever stayed in. Very well furnished with all the things your family needs for a great beach trip! I would stay here again!

Perfect location, such a beautiful home! The four of us went diving everyday, and access to the pier ($2) makes it so convenient to simply walk over for boat dive pickup. Recidencias Reef is a very nice property, well kept and secure with beautiful pools and nice beach chairs. The home itself is immaculate with a well stocked kitchen. Miguel from Sandra’s Kitchen cooked for us for three days. Also easy to take a taxi to town for market and eating out. Excellent vacation, thank you!

Enjoyed Carlos& Charlie’s beach club for lunch and also rented a kayak there. Had private snorkel tour with Chi-Chi Charters to 3 reefs and saw 3 sea turtles and 2 eels! They made us lunch with margaritas! Also snorkeled off our beach and saw 3 large starfish! When we arrived, soft music was playing and there was a gift basket with fruit and wine! The grounds are so tropical with all the mangroves and coconut palms! Iguanas and lots of pretty birds to see and hear! We loved relaxing by the pool or on our patio after a day sunning or shopping in town. We bbq chicken one night and beef another! We took a day trip to windward side to swim at St. martin’s beach, see lighthouse st Punta Sur, lunch at Coconuts on the cliffs. Loved dinner 2 times at La Molina’s on the besch north of pier. We had a great time! Loved the help from Luis too! Great condo! We’re so spoiled now!

We stayed in Casa Buena Vida for a week with another couple. It felt like we had our own suites, very private. The location was perfect - we loved sitting on the porch at all times of day and night and being able to walk right onto the beach. It was clean, nicely decorated, had everything you need, the housekeeping was excellent and Veronica and Conchita made the most wonderful dinners for us. Its about a 20 minute taxi into town which we did often for dinners. It was easy to get a taxi. We would definitely return to unit #5120!
