About this apartment rental
The upstairs apartment of a two story residence, owners live in downstairs apartment, surrounded by a tropical garden and with a private jetty in the heart of Noosaville, boutiques,cafes, restaurants, Noosa river, beach and National park, Frazer island and the hinterland. Boating access to Noosa River’s fishing and waterways.
The apartment is for the exclusive use only of the guests booked. Other visitors may not be invited without the permission of the owners.
While conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Noosaville and located next to a busy road bridge over the canal, with associated traffic noise ,of which guest need to be aware , despite this the Boathouse is both peaceful and private. The apartment is decorated in a fresh beach style and has an open plan living area leading to a private deck overlooking the water. There is a barbecue for a relaxing evening at home. The residence is surrounded by a tropical garden. Enjoy sundowners on the jetty , where you can watch amazing bird life.
There is a shared carport,laundry, private jetty and outdoor entertainment area.
Hastings street, shopping/dining area, Noosa main beach and the world renown Noosa National Park with its walking trails, stunning beaches and spectacular views are only a short distance away. If lucky you may even spot a koala.
Only a short walk to riverside shopping and dining precinct. Relaxing strolls along the Noosa river foreshore park which is equipped with BBQ facilities and exercise equipment. Sign in to Noosa Yacht Club. Extensive bike paths. Outstanding watersport activities -surfing, paddle boarding,kite surfing, kayaking. Fish the Noosa river and adjacent waterways.

Great location, close to Noosaville restaurants and bars and an easy bus ride into Noosa. The buses are cheap and frequent and very necessary as parking in Noosa is a nightmare. There is traffic noise when sitting out on the balcony but we expected it as it’s explained in the accommodation information. The traffic noise didn’t disturb us inside the apartment. Carol was a great host.

Carol was the perfect host, the apartment was absolutely spotless and has such a beautiful outlook onto the river. It’s a short walk from Gympie Terrace, which has many lovely restaurants and of course the river. The main road is very close so there is a lot of traffic noise, which was hard to get used to. It is mentioned in the description but I think I glossed over it. The level of road noise may not be an issue to everyone though.

Lovely spot, beautiful views and very comfortable. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of towels. The balcony was a lovely place to sit in the mornings and there was plenty of space. It does mention in the guide the owners may pop in to ensure the aircon and the lights are off which may be a concern for privacy and respect of your space when on holiday. Though it is self-serviced, some more supplies would be nice. For example, more than two coffee pods for the machine for a three night stay, otherwise you’re in the trap of buying a whole pack you won’t finish.

An ideal place to recharge for a few days, clean and comfortable. A nice outlook onto the canal from the lounge and verandah. Had the screen doors open most days and not a midge in sight. Lovely gardens surrounding the house. I found the traffic to be a bit noisy in the day.
