Fresh, clean, and cozy, this modern 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo/apartment is located directly across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico and 7 miles of sugar sand beach. At 1590 square feet Casa Bella “A” features two master suites, each with king beds plus a bedroom with two twin beds, each with its own bathroom. It’s worth mentioning the top floor master suite has a desk and chair if you need a quiet place to work while away from the office. Occupying the second and third floors of our four unit building the décor is contemporary beach casual and is perfect for 6 people. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster oven and ample cookware. Each bedroom, as well as the family room are equipped with Smart TV’s and free Starlink internet/Wi-Fi. A propane BBQ grill is provided for your use during your stay with a patio table and chairs in the shared outdoor grilling area. "Free" unassigned parking, complimentary use of laundry facilities, including detergent, is available for our guests. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are also provided.
For access and your security, you will be assigned a unique 4 digit access code for the digital locks prior to arrival.
Casa Bella is located mid-island on the corner of Avenida Pescadora and Estero Boulevard directly across the street from the beach. Public beach access is a 3-minute walk south to Dakota Ave or community access is diagonally (south) across Estero Blvd. The popular “Island Trolly” services the length of the island if you prefer not to drive. The Trolley schedule is available online.
Other things to note: it’s a short walk to a Publix grocery store approximately 1/4 mile away. Junkanoo’s and the Fresh Catch restaurants for casual and fine dining are also located on the bay behind Publix.
To get you started we provide 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, as well as a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, a roll of hand towels, a bottle of liquid dish detergent, dishwasher pods and scouring pads.
For your safety we recommend footwear be worn at all times while on our property and protective beach shoes are recommended while on the beach and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.

We had a great family weekend, perfect for us

We made a last minute decision to get away for Memorial Day weekend and found Casa Bella #A in Fort Myers Beach. It's their 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. The floor plan is well distributed. It looks just like it does in the pictures. The kitchen works if you cook a big breakfast and take sandwiches and snacks to the beach then come back & cook a big dinner. It was well equipped and all appliances were large and working perfectly. There were lots of pots, pans, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom which is so fantastic. The second floor bedroom has its own living room which was great. Getting to the beach is extremely easy with access a few steps from the property. The host provides beach chairs, umbrellas, even a cooler with wheels. Checking in was almost too easy. Kim reached out the day of our arrival to make sure we had easy access to the property and knew where to park. Location was great. Fort Myers Beach is awesome. A calm sea with warm waters and powder soft sand. There are even dolphins. Seriously, there are dolphins swimming in the water while your there. My family and I were about 15 yards from shore when all of a sudden we see the fins of dolphins headed towards us. There got within 10 feet of us. It was beyond wonderful. I can't describe what it feels like. Needless to say, I fully and without hesitation recommend that you stay here. The home, the location, the host, the beach, and the wildlife will not disappoint.

The place itself is clean and spacious. Lots of amenities, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The walk to the beach is so short…easy if you forget anything or if a little one needs to go potty. Plus, it felt like we had our own private beach as most of the action was at the other end of the beach. This place was just what our family needed. Communication was superb, too!

Great property to stay. Plenty of room for a larger group. Everything we needed. Kim was excellent host from start to finish. She made everything easy. We will be back 100%
