This charming cottage features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, along with one bathroom and a loft with a twin bed. Nestled in a wooded area, it offers private access to the Crystal River and can accommodate up to five people. In the fall or winter, enjoy a cozy evening by the fireplace with a good book and a glass of wine.
The deck outside is perfect for quiet dining and relaxation, offering a lovely view of the woods. Meals can be grilled and the evening can be spent gathered around the fire pit. Additionally, guests can canoe or relax in the Adirondack chairs beside the Crystal River across the street.
Glen Arbor, located just 0.2 miles from the house, offers convenient amenities such as a grocery store, gift shops, and restaurants. The Sleeping Bear Dunes Dune Climb, Glen Haven, and Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive are all a short car ride away.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two allowed. Please clean up after your pet!

It was a nice little house. We love the river access across the street. Although it was cold (November), my son still loved throwing rocks in the river. Very comfy beds, we slept very well and enjoyed our stay.

Glen Arbor is wonderful and a great base for a vacation up North. This property is older, very clean inside. The listing failed to note its very close proximity to a very busy road (22), something living under the house (rodent traps freshly placed all around the house), large pine tree fallen on the electrical wires at the driveway left untended the entire week of our stay, spotty internet, etc. the carefully worded description not mention the cottage is actually across the road from the river -- be careful if you have young children. The management company took the "you rented it, you live with it" approach --- very unhelpful and not what we expected for the premium price (and property description).
