Located within the village but without the noise! The unit is on the top floor and backs onto Florence Peterson park, a quiet green space. Excellent coffee shops, groceries, shopping and bars are seconds away.
Early checkin and late checkout may be available for a small fee.
Cancellations are subject to non-refundable credit card processing fees.
Please let me know when you check out! It really helps me plan my day. Occupying the unit past checkout (10am) will result in a charge of $100 unless otherwise prearranged.
No additional guests inside my home other than the amount listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests inside my home will result in paying a fine of $200 and termination of your reservation without refund.
You are required to let me know for approval of any additional guests that may be joining you at any time.
No smoking, no pets and no parties. This is a building Bylaw. Breaking this rule will incur being charged $200
Quiet times between 10pm and 8am. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $200 FOR BREAKING THIS RULE.
If the unit is left excessively dirty/messy, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $100
There is a $150 charge to replace a lost key Fob.
I will not be responsible for any items you have left behind.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, close to all the shops and many food options. The hosts communicate promptly and professionally. We'd recommend this place.

The minute you step out of the unit it’s a winter wonderland of beautiful lights! Whistler is magical in December.
The unit easily accommodated four adults. Check-in was easy. Location is great with walking distance to everything. Parking is secure. Quiet location with view of the gondolas. Kitchen is well supplied for in unit meals.
We would happily book here again.
