This place was fantastic. Really, a perfect place for my son and I. Even nicer than that photos. And what a great well equipped kitchen! We hope to stay here everytime.

Great condo. What we really liked is that this condo is situated such that it does not have view of parking lot (but rather of well-kept grounds) and therefore quieter than others. Has all the amenities. Nice furniture; loveseat/sofa, comfortable mattresses, both main bed, and extra bed as well. Better quality coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans than we have seen in other rentals. The manager, Joe, excellent: quick responses to messages, accommodated early check-in, helpful.

The photos look better than the actual accommodations. There were several things broken--sliding glass door would not stay locked, laundry was not working properly, bathroom fan was hanging loose and loud, the carpet and walls were dirty. There was very little storage for guests--the owners had reserved most of the closet space. It would be a mess to have more than a couple of guests and all their belongings there. The instruction manual was disorganized and incorrect and outdated. The front door was difficult to open/close. The code for the hot tub had been changed so we couldn't access it when we wanted to, and when we finally got in it was not very hot, with UFOs (unidentified floating objects). In my opinion, way overpriced for what we got. I will not stay there again.
