We had a lovely stay in this home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with convenient access to Ohio State University. The floor plan allowed for both togetherness and privacy. We affectionately called this our visit to Grandma's because of it's cozy comfort.

The kitchen was very well stocked, linens were clean and good quality. We enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be for more lighting as we are older adults who do needlework and crafts and need as much light as possible. Thank you, Mike for being a great host, easy to connect with and always a quick response.

The house was spacious, and the yard was large! The house was tidy, but the inner bedrooms didn't feel clean. Could have used a much needed deep cleaning. Old food wrappers and clothing were found in the bedrooms. However, overall very pleased with our stay. Very safe neighborhood close to the city.

This house is great for extended family with plenty of gathering places. The kitchen has a lot of amenities from a variety of serving dishes/utensils, etc. to plenty of pantry staples. The beds are very comfortable. It was a perfect location for an OSU graduation weekend.

Stayed here for a month while our house was being sold. Plenty of space for both my husband and I to spread out and work (although needed to use the our own wifi extender to get strong connection in all parts of the house). The unfenced yard was great for our dog, as was the walkable neighborhood with minimal car traffic. There's a skybridge to cross the river and freeway to get to Park of the Roses, and a trail entrance to Ohio Health's walking path nearby too. The house is near railroad tracks but after the first couple days the train whistle became background noise; first time it was quite the surprise and our dog 'talked' about it! Comfortable beds (did not use the twin beds room) and plenty of seating in the two living room areas. The kitchen remodel is lovely; only reason not 5* for cleanliness as there was old food in the fridge and cupboards, and some of the pots and pans appear to have been put away without being cleaned. A simple housekeeping issue to fix; everything else in the house was spotless. The owner was very responsive to a minor HVAC issue. Got it fixed quickly with minimal impact on us. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever return to Columbus.

We lived in Columbus for 8 years and our trip was over a break for my college-age students and I to return to visit friends. The property was definitely spacious enough for 3 adults to spread out with common areas to visit friends and family, as well as private spaces for us to spread out. The location is amazing - it's a quiet, private area but extremely close (5-10 minutes) to coffee shops, restaurants, and the entertainment district. Would 100% stay here again next time we return to visit friends.

Mike's spacious ranch house is on a pretty property. Easy to locate, easy to park the car, easy to get to freeways or any place you want to go. Neighborhood is safe, has beautiful homes and easy to walk on the street.

This comfortable home is in a quiet established neighborhood. The home is clean with plenty of room. Being very close to Upper Arlington fit our needs. There was plenty of space for our dog, as well. We met one neighbor and his golden doodle, Archie.

This was our second time staying at the house, and we still love it. Lots of room for us to spread out. We hosted a big Christmas gathering, a birthday party, and had a fire in the backyard pit. The host even included some Christmas decorations , which was a thoughtful touch.
