Localização, café da manhã, instalações, limpeza e acomodações
Falta de responsabilidade da recepcionista, da gerente, fiz uma reserva e simplistente disseram que estariam lotados e não teriam como me acomodar pois teria somente um quarto de casal e o custo seria muito mais caro, do que tinha combinado, argumentei e não teve conversa, a gerente só faltou me mandar embora, na vdd foi isso, virou as costas e saiu, compromisso com clientes nota 0, muito mercenária, isso que já me hospedo nesse hotel a mais de 5 anos. Descaso
