Location was perfect, everything was close enough. And if something was farther, tram and train stop is close by. Another good thing about location is that it was far away from main roads so after sightseeing all day you can relax in peace.
The shower was a little difficult to handle, slightest move left or right could leave you in the scorching hot desert or Antarctica. But that's just nitpicking really, otherwise every thing was perfect.

The place is well situated, close enough to the city center even by foot, if you like to walk, as is my case. Also close to the Jewish quarter and Schindler's Factory, which are tourist attractions. The host was nice and helpful, even later in the evening, when I asked about the heating, as the weather was quite cold and the room was chilly. I also appreciated the black tea (I'm a big fan).
I couldn't sleep on the mattress upstairs, not necessarily because it requires going up and down a ladder, but because the space between the platform it is placed on and the ceiling is quite small. So I slept on the couch, but I'm small, so I fit, but if you are taller or travel with someone else, that might not be an option. Maybe less claustrophobic people could manage.
Also, some shower gel and shampoo would have been useful. I didn't bring any, because they are usually provided, so I had to buy some.

Nice location. Supermarkets, barbershops, and pubs are not far away. Very quiet place at the same time. Apartment is bright and cozy regardless of small size.
Awful internet speed. Often YouTube video should be paused to let it bufferized.
Sewers' smell in the bathroom.
Not clean. Hair in the bed and on the floor.
