The apartment was clean and quiet.
The staff was friendly.
The free coffee, water refilling station in every floor and lovely lounge in the basement.
I was thinking about that but my experience staying there was exceptional

The location was perfect for us. Rich breakfast for 10€ per person
there wasn’t cold water in the sink, it was extremely uncomfortable to wash hands and face in hot as boiling water 💀
Nobody checked that the towel they gave me (it was with tho “glory holes”.
One trash bin in the whole room.

Really friendly staff, excellent location just round the corner from the tram stop!! Room was basic but really clean.

Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building, which is a big drawback because I had a room on the third floor and a heavy suitcase. I would rate the stay as tolerable, but there was no heating in my room throughout the night and I was very cold. I arrived at night from the airport and hoped that the heating would start working, but I was mistaken.
