Enjoy magical ocean and jungle views from this 2nd floor 2 bedroom condo at Vista Encantada! This condo sleeps up to 5 people and boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, allowing for up to 5 guests to sleep comfortably in this condo. Enjoy incredible ocean views from the private balcony just off the living room where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets, whale watch or enjoy your morning coffee. A half bath is situated off of the living room for convenience . The full kitchen and dining area are equipped with a dining table, microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker and drinking water. Just off the living area is the primary bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom/studio has a double bed, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove and pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker and small dining table. Another full bathroom is located in this space as well as a 2nd balcony with gorgeous jungle views. Mini-split air conditioners and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room will keep you cool. This space has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Guests have access to the pool, gym, putting green/mini-golf, pickleball and other amenities in the development. An elevator as well as washers and dryers are available for guests use and convenience.
Vista Encantada, an eco friendly development, is situated between the towns of La Penita and Chacala, with both towns just a short 15-20 minute drive away. La Penita is the closest for amenities such as shopping, dining, open market, doctor and dentist. Beach dining is close by at Chacala beach if you care to have a nice fresh catch of Dorado (Mahi mahi) or Huachinango (red snapper) or giant shrimp for lunch or dinner. Visit the beach at Las Cuevas beach just a mile down the road or the larger beach in Chacala. Vista Encantada has kilometers of walking paths throughout the development including paths down to our seasonal waterfall.
Currently, it is best to rent a car when flying in to the Puerto Vallarta airport.
From Puerto Vallarta, go north about 50 miles and turn at El Divisadero. We are located about 7 kilometers off the highway, of which, about 2 kilometers is a dirt/gravel road. Vista Encantada is a little out of the way and perfect for a relaxing, beautiful vacation.
Someone is always on staff on site and our property manager is available for guests when needed.

While our month long stay was in part colored by the great group of guests we met and socialize with, the facility itself is very nice. The Pros include the beauty of the location and the quiet and peaceful surrounding. The twice weekly housekeeping is an added benefit as is the drinking water brought at request. There are some Cons.Our unit,like other we learned lacking many of things that would be included in a well outfitted facility, especially the kitchen. It is remote which certainly has its benefits but it makes it difficult to get to a restaurant or food store.
There a numerous trails to explore through the jungle many of which require sturdy shoes and a steady foot - not a good choice for older, less able walking.
Our hosts, Sandra and Carlos were very please and responsive from our first inquiry to our last requests.
