Whether vacationing or working here, we ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations. Please note that there will be workers, trailers, and construction activity/potential noise in the surrounding area, but there will not be any construction inside of the home.

Updated, very nice, and clean. We had a great stay, my only complaint was it was too short of a stay. We all would’ve loved to stay longer! We enjoyed this house and the pool was especially nice. The beach is close and October it is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time in this property. Literally everything you might need is here. The property was immaculate and very well maintained. The private pool was amazing with a nice enclosed seating area with a ceiling fan and comfortable seating. Washer and dryer easily accessible. There were pool floaties and lawn chairs and other accessories for the beach. There even a pull behind cart to get these items to and from the beach. Beds were extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and large shower in the bath. There is plenty of storage area. We highly recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days with our 9-year-old and 5-year-old. The house is absolutely perfect for a family of 4. My kids really loved the private backyard pool and we really appreciated that there were beach and pool toys for us to use. The temperature of the pool was perfect. The house itself was very clean and well kept. I appreciated that past guests had obviously left some essentials like extra garbage bags and coffee for the Keurig, and we did the same. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. The location is really great. It is a very short walk to public beach access and there is a coffee shop and ice cream store right at the end of the street that we hit up probably every day of the trip. The traffic in Fort Myers is really crazy, though, but if you stay in Fort Myers beach and don't venture over the bridge, it's not an issue. Even so, we had rented a car and traveled a bit into Fort Myers anyway. But definitely, try to travel before 9 a.m. to beat the traffic.I found the property manager very easy to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had both before and during the trip. The only negative, and it's not the owner's fault, was the neighbors to the left. One was actually arrested during our stay, which was a bit disconcerting. Even so, we would definitely rent this property again.
