About this cabin rental
Spend a vacation at this beautiful 2100 sq ft, 2.5-acre mountain property located 3 miles south of Main Street in Breckenridge. This cabin stands at exactly 10,000 feet above sea level, located on a private driveway shared with two other homes.
The main living space is an open concept floor plan with rustic touches such as grand timbers, steel beams, and granite countertops. The home is also complete with modern conveniences like radiant floor heating, high-speed wifi (400 mbps), and a lounge room featuring a TV with a premium xfinity cable package (250 channels including HBO & Showtime), and a Nex Playground video game system.
Our kitchen is well-stocked and has plenty of space to prepare food for multiple families. Upstairs, guests will find comfortable mattresses and cozy bedding. The master bath features a free-standing tub and an oversized double shower with rain shower heads. The home stocks items to make it comfortable for your little ones (Pack N’ Play, high chair, toys). Plan your next adventure here with a supply of trail maps and guidebooks.
Our large deck backs to open space and mountain views, and features a hot tub, propane grill, and patio set. You’ll find a private trail leading down to the Blue River, where beaver, moose, and deer are spotted throughout the year. You will have access to our shed of toys including cornhole, giant jenga, bocci ball, kids toys and more.
Smoking is not permitted and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No pets allowed.
In winter months, the driveway is plowed regularly, but is typically snowpacked. 4-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or front-wheel drive with snow tires or chains is mandatory. Rear wheel drive SUVs and trucks WILL GET STUCK in the snow.
Parking: Max of 4 automobiles in the driveway; no parking on town roads.
Be advised there is Ring Video Camera Door Bell located at the front of the Lodge.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern house decorated beautifully in a rustic, Colorado-style. It had everything I look for when renting on VRBO: great location with easy access to the highway, fair price with generous cancellation policy, and nice owners who were quick to respond to all our queries. We would love to stay again!

Highly recommend this place! With great hosts, clean lodge and perfect location (beautiful views too) - you don’t want to miss this one! Some friends and family had a short weekend trip and it was the perfect place to stay and catch up. With the heated floors and a cozy hot tub we stayed nice and warm!

I couldn’t speak more highly of this Vrbo listing. The location, layout of house, coziness and features made our stay at this beautiful home one we won’t forget. We loved the hot tub, fireplace and expansive kitchen island the most and will definitely be renting again in the future.
