Our apartment is newly renovated by the hands of local craftsmen and decorated with a unique eye toward modern design. You’ll have full use of the first floor apartment with front entrance, direct access to backyard, a fully appointed updated kitchen, designer bathroom with large shower, and a comfortable queen size bed to melt into.
We encourage you to explore the amazing City of Lancaster, our apartment is centrally located with several restaurants, a yoga studio and organic food market just around the corner. The heart of downtown (Central Market and Convention Center) is a 10 minute walk with many interesting shops, boutiques, cafes, pubs, music venues, and art galleries along the way. Just ask, we are happy to share a list of our favorite spots!
Our apartment is located in the Historic Chestnut Hill section of Northwest Lancaster City. Known for its architecture the neighborhood is a mix of homes and warehouses with many of the buildings dating back 100-150 years or more. The neighborhood is vibrant and safe with a mix of residential and small commercial – restaurants, groceries, shops, and galleries.
Tree lined streets and access to green space define the City and visitors will get a first-hand look at the green transformation taking place in the City with newly completed streets that are designed to capture Stormwater and accommodate bike traffic.
Lancaster is very walkable. Other options include public transit (RRTA), bike lanes, and the auto. Park your car for the weekend and enjoy all the sites by foot. On street parking is available with a public parking garage around the corner.

Property located in downtown, walking distance to farmer's market, shops, art galleries, restaurants. Parking could be a little challenging. Wish it had a closet as we stayed a month, maybe they could get a standing wardrobe? Overall, very good experience.

Our contractor said he was incredibly happy and comfortable during his stay and said he would like to stay there again when he comes back to visit! Mary was an absolutely fabulous host, especially with communication and some last minute changes!

My husband and I decided to celebrate his graduation from earning his MBA in Lancaster. This cozy and stylish apartment style listing was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were able to walk to many places for meals and drinks and felt right at home.

Extremely clean and well kept. Check in was a piece of cake and the AC was already cooling the place when I arrived. I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker and coffee available upon arrival. I’m not a tv person, but some might be frustrated to be surprised with no TV.
