On the positive side, the home itself was lovely and well-maintained in a quiet setting. UNFORTUNATELY, two minor issues that could have been addressed easily went completely ignored until our second to last day, which made the concerns more frustrating and unpleasant than necessary. On our first day, we noticed the pool pump did not seem to be working correctly (even within its so-called hours of operation) causing little water, heat, or debris circulation to the pool filter. In addition, the “whirlpool” had a six inch vertically exposed pvc pipe in the bottom center (the listing photo showed a fountain that did not exist in the actual whirlpool) creating a tripping and/or injury hazard. We politely and succinctly sent two texts, an e-mail, and made two phone calls (over a two day period) to both the property management company and the owners, and received ZERO response, replies, or returned calls until the early morning hours of our last full day. Even after that response, no action seemed to be taken by the property management service to rectify the problem. One of the reasons we booked this home was the numerous reviews pointing out the responsiveness of the owners. Sadly and unfortunately for us, that was NOT the experience we had!
