Seasonal rental of a charming typical Breton house, independent, on a fully enclosed plot of over 1100 m2 with fruit trees and various ornamental plantations.
Quiet in one of the most beautiful protected sites of Finistere north, facing the tip of Primel-Trégastel, near the beautiful sandy beach of Primel, the view is breathtaking sea directly accessible at the end of the garden crossing the small coastal road with very little traffic.
Ideally located between Perros Guirec and Roscoff you can make beautiful walks on the GR34 and discover within a radius of less than 40km all the beauties and history of this beautiful region with its beaches and the pleasures of the sea and gastronomy (Fishing in front of the house, renowned dive center of Plougasnou, angling, nautical centers, equestrian center of Kermebel, climbing, restaurants, creperies ...).
Small grocery / bread deposit at 300m and all shops located in Plougasnou less than 2,5km. Morlaix within 15 km.
Expected for 6 beds (7 depending on the number of children).
