Charming Oasis--Walking Distance to Festivals

The home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and perfect for our extended weekend! Proximity to our scheduled activities was magnificent! The pool and hot tub were nice for relaxing at the end of the day. We would stay here again.

Kevin's house was wonderfully relaxing for our two night stay. The few questions I had were swiftly responded to. There were plenty of towels, a great range of kitchen equipment, and we particularly enjoyed the pool, which was heated especially for our stay. The common space in the home, the kitchen, dining area and family room seating were all under very high ceilings making the place seem wonderfully spacious. The area is very safe and secure - the home being in a very nicely kept gated golfing community. Certainly a home I'd return to, and recommend to others.

Beautiful and semi private yard with a great pool. It was only my wife and I on this trip, but there was plenty of room to bring the kids and some family as the house is a good size with room to spread out. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We really wanted to love this house, it has so much potential. The pool, spa and gas fire pit are wonderful (though they need to be resurfaced), and the interior works well for two couples. We rent frequently in the Coachella Valley so don’t have unreasonable expectations. We expect to pay good money for a nice house that is clean and well cared for, but this one fell short. The house is in need of some major updates and TLC. The king bed in the master was extremely comfortable, loved that. Needed a lamp on the second nightstand and the closet needs hangers. Many lights don’t work, bulbs were out in the master bath and garage, outlets didn’t all work, blinds in the master don’t work. In the kitchen nearly every drawer had crumbs in them, we had to wash every dish and cup and silverware and pan because many were dirty, the switches were grungy as were the cabinets. The freezer smells and it permeates everything you put in it, including ice. There was leftover food in the fridge. There is junk all around the exterior, the deck is dirty, the chair pads old and dirty. Overgrown cactus and plants propped up by a broom overhang the pool and spa and really need trimming and the cactus by the driveway entrance are a bit treacherous. The fountains that are mentioned in the description don’t work and some are filled with weeds. The house instruction book really isn’t very useful, there are no pool and spa instructions and nothing for the tv and cable. It needs to be updated. The property manager was responsive and helpful but the issues with this house really require investment. I would definitely stay at this property again IF some money and effort were put into it.
