Log sided chalet with spectacular Sunday River views. The home offers 4 large bedrooms, 3 baths, fully finished basement with sleep sofa, laundry and fully equipped kitchen. Come home after a busy day and enjoy the relaxing comforts of a gas fireplace, hot tub, big screen TV's, X Box for the kids and plenty of games and books.
During the winter, enjoy all amenities that Sunday River has to offer For those who enjoy XC skiing and snow shoeing, Carters XC is only minutes away. Snow mobiles can be rented in Bethel with miles of trails available.
The other three seasons offer great hiking, canoeing, kayaking, golfing and fly-fishing.
Mt Washington and other state parks are within driving distance.

New house was perfect for two families with kids going to Sunday River. Plenty of space, owner was proactive on check-in, drive-way plowed from recent storm, and house came with games for the kids. Would stay again.

The house was great! It’s in a very convenient location, just 15 minutes to Sunday River. The house was clean, nicely furnished and had nice views of the mountains. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a nice ski weekend away.
