We loved this property! We appreciated that it was a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook our own meals and loved being able to bring our pup along. The location was perfect, so close to the beach. The management was responsive and the check in and out was easy and convenient.

Oh my, what a perfect place to celebrate another trip around the sun with a few dear friends.Our daughters, who now have children of their own, are best friends from kindergarten so when our friend said we’ve rented a place at Dillon Beach for my birthday, we couldn’t say no.But wow, after checking into Sea Breeze it was clear that of all the cute little cabins in the village, this was the place to celebrate the birthday!It has a beautifully appointed super warm, comfortable living/dinning area off a very large well equipped kitchen. We made a beautiful dinner, had cake and ice cream all before it was time for the grandchildren to be tucked into bed.And shh… Dillon Beach is not only a great place for children and dogs, I have it on good authority that the surf is pretty darn decent too… ; )We love Sea Breeze!

We have stayed in many properties in Dillon Beach - my husband and I agree this is the best! It is immaculate - couldn't be cleaner. The beds are very comfortable and with 4 adults, it is great to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my portion of our Thanksgiving dinner. As in most rentals, bring your favorite spices, oils, etc. And, if it is your first time in Dillon, know there are no major grocery stores- bring in. your food. The home was spacious and comfortable for all of us and our dogs. Dillon is a magical get-away from the Bay Area - the beach is a 10 min. walk and then walk for 4 miles! It is a very special place for us! We will be back to Sea Breeze!

We’ve been to Dillon’s beach several times but first time in this home. It’s a perfect little stroll to the beach for our family or walk to the little market for coffee. We enjoyed playing ping pong and enjoyed their plethora of games and puzzles when it was raining. All the beds were comfortable and we had a great time. Perfect sized house for our family of 5.

Hoping to escape the heat in the Valley, but no such luck. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan and a few spare fans in the closet to bring out. This was our third time at Sea Breeze, and it won't be our last. The paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, no tissues) were below standard, and therefore you have to use more. Other than that, it's safe, comfortable and so close to the beach!

Very nice, clean, updated rental. A little further from the beach then I had hoped, but.... we got enjoy watching the wildlife, outside the kitchen windows. Electricity went off the last morning, but no worries with a gas stove, we still had breakfast and were able to wash pots and pans, cowboy style. :) I would recommend Sea Breeze.

The home is very clean and extremely well stocked. It was the most restful vacation we have ever had. The neighborhood is soooo quiet! Comfortable beds and pillows, full size refrigerator, a gas fire. Ping pong was a hit! Lots of seating and a functional clean kitchen. We loved it. We have been camping at Dillon for 25 years and finally rented a house. Would rent again 10 stars!

The layout of the home is fantastic; plenty of room to spread out of you want with the kitchen and living room centrally located for hanging out. The upstairs den was like having a surprise third bedroom, while the downstairs bedroom was quiet and secluded for our you best. Plenty of room in the upstairs bedroom for us to crate the dogs. We were literal minutes away from the beach by foot, although our kids are little so we chose to drive most days. We loved being able to walk to the general store for ice cream while we watched the sun set (and the restaurant was good too)! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals at home and the beds were super comfy! I am not an easy sleeper but I woke up feeling so rested. We loved our time here so much, we extended our stay by a night and are already planning our return!

It’s sort of like visiting a cottage that you wish your grandmother had. Comfortable furniture, a good mattress, and high quality linens added to the stay. The TV and gas fireplace worked well, and the kitchen was very well equipped. There is a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The second bedroom is downstairs, so ideal for two couples or families. The rental agency was great. All in all, a great trip and stay.

There was tons of space for the 7 of us (4 adults 3 kids). The kitchen had everything we needed and more - even cast iron pans for cooking clams. The den was great for our kids. The beach is walking distance as long as you don't have too much stuff to carry. Parking was challenging with our large SUV but we made it work - only 2 small cars can fit in the driveway. Great little spot.

We spent the next 3 Hours, trying to contact someone to gain entrance. Our cell phones did not work at the house site. If it wasn't for 2 Next Door Neighbors, we would not of got in. They called numerous contacts over a 3 Hour time frame. i almost left to go back home, a 4.5 Hour Drive. Fortunately she contacted someone who had the Correct Code 1982, so we could get in. Sea Breeze offers a larger Dillon Beach house experience than many others I’ve stayed in. Modern kitchen and baths, washer/dryer and 5 beds made it ideal for my family’s weekend celebration of our aunt’s 71st birthday. Peekaboo view of and quick walk to the beach and great neighbor (Wave to Mark).

Wonderful stay in Dillon Beach! The property is well maintained and in close proximity to the General Store and Beach. The property was very clean however there was a smell of cigarettes/cigars when we entered and it did not go away unless we had the windows open - disappointing given its a smoke free home. The window coverings in the bedrooms and den need to be updated as they did not provide sufficient darkness for infant naps or children who go to bed before it is dark.

I thought listing showed a hot tub, but I could be wrong, I looked at so many. House was meticulous, clear checkout instructions, and easy entrance to house. With east/west windows cracked a little, nice cool breeze through the house. Has breakfast nook as well as dining area. Longer walk to beach, but easily performed by non-senior people. Just enough to get some energy out of the kids after a day at the beach. Total 5 star from my point of view! Would recommend with small children as there are puzzles that are age appropriate. Well done property managers!

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedding was so nice. We loved our weekend trip. There were lots of games for the evening. No issues with the tv or internet. We never go to play ping pong, next time. We would definitely book here again. Everyone we spoke to before our arrival was absolutely helpful and kimd. Great experience.

We stayed in mid July, during a heatwave inland, but Dillion was cool and comfortable. Daily coastal fog didn’t cause much problem as it often disappeared later in the day or a few miles up or down the coast. The house is very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, beds soft. We hope to return!

This house is a home worth hanging out in! We love everything about it. Well stocked, super comfy beds and bedding, great floors and space, and an abundance of comfortable seating. They thought through everything that we might need and supplied all the luxuries in a clean and appealing way. I would stay again in a heartbeat, plus the surrounding area is worth a visit. Marin French Cheese Co was our favorite outing, yum!
