It is placed in an olive grove next to our V. I.P. Villa Iannis is only a five minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach with blue flag and the center of the village called Almyrida, where you will find a variety of small family businesses that will meet your daily needs. From small taverns, ornate coffee shops, small grocery stores, local butchers, hairdressing salons, bowling, water sports and other activities, this small seaside village is ideal for anyone who wants to experience the Cretan lifestyle.

"Almyrida Villas" your Villa Iannis, also has the beautiful Villa Varvara, Apartment Stella has a touch of the Greek island structure, spacious covered living areas, large outdoor gardens with a private swimming pool that is ideal for every family with young children or friends trying to enjoy a nice holiday.
When entering villas you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with two single beds and a toilet. On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms, a large suite and a bedroom with a further four guests and a shared bathroom.
All rooms in Villas are air-conditioned and fully equipped with Smart Internet TV, free wifi, washing machine, bed linen, towels, amenities. Heated water is available via solar and electrical energy.
The outdoor area is very spacious, including an in-ground swimming pool, outdoor furniture, an outdoor BBQ facility and everything that makes your stay in our villas perfect. One can explore and relax around the mature gardens with many and fruit trees.

Villa Iannis made our get-away to Crete very enjoyable. This sparkling clean gem of a house was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the waterfront dining spots within five minutes or less. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare home meals The pool situated behind the house provided a hidden private oasis for many afternoon relaxations. I would love to return there some day!Donna

We had an amazing time at the villa! Jan and the team have been extremely helpful with everything from recommending beaches and tavernas to bringing the extra olive oil which is produced from the trees in the garden. We did hire a car and after relaxing days around the pool, we headed out to different beaches in the late afternoon when the heat was more manageable. We snorkelled , hired a boat for the afternoon and had generally had a fantastic time!Our children are 11 & 13 so like staying up a little later and we enjoyed strolling into Almyrida each evening either to eat at the choice of restaurants or to have a relaxed drink at the bars. It is very family friendly and not full of loud bars. We really enjoyed being able to socialise (much later than normal at home!) as a family. Everything has been thought of in the villa but if you needed anything else, Jan responded instantly to messages and brought anything required quickly. A fantastic holiday and we are very sad to be going home!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The communication before, during and afterwards was excellent and the hosts could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The villa is beautiful and clean, lovely big pool, two big bathrooms…it’s just perfect. It’s also so close to the beach, restaurants and shops so you really don’t need a car. Bus tickets to Chania are really cheap. I would heartily recommend this villa. Thank you Jan and the team!

Everything was brand new in the Villa and very nicely decorated, beautiful.The Villa is ideally situated, quiet location and only a few minutes walk to beach and tavernas. The maintenance and cleanliness is worthy of a five star rating along. We woke in the mornings to great views from top floor balcony over to the mountains..The welcome pack in the Villa with local product was delicious.Almyrida is a small village with excellent bars and tavernas along the beach. We did not rent a car was necessary, The bus services are very good and run often from Alymrida to the resort of Chania also there is plenty of excursions on offer around Almyrida.The area is great for couples and families and the Villa is very lovely in a beautiful location. The weather was great and had a wonderful experience from arriving to leaving and we would certainly recommend the villa to family and friends and look forward to going back ourselves.
