Welcome to the lake! You could wake up to the view above everyday by renting this brand new lake house on the popular Cayuga Lake.

• 100 feet of lakefront with two docks and a 8000# boat hoist
• Spacious decks allowing you to take in the view with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine

The house is located in Seneca Falls on Cayuga Lake, the longest of the five Finger Lakes at 38 miles in length. Seneca Falls has several restaurants and is home of the Woman's Rights museum.
At the southernmost point of the lake, the college town of Ithaca, is perfect for non-water related excursions. Both Cornell, an Ivy League institution, and Ithaca College are located there. However, Ithaca has much more to offer than college life. The charming, walking-friendly downtown district includes a diverse collection of shops, restaurants, bars, museums, and cinemas.
While many will not want to leave the lake, if you would like to venture out further, there are several parks and outdoor activities located nearby (please view the list below). This is the way to spend a summer week on Lake Cayuga! Beautiful home just like photos, well stocked kitchen for family meals and cookouts. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 6 including 2 teenagers. We rented a boat from a local owner and enjoyed the kayaks at the house. The Lake and sunsets and fireside were enjoyed by all. Easy to travel by boat to several wineries and eateries. Wine trail and state parks nearby, and Ithaca Farmers Market worth the visit. Only downside is the buggy evenings but I think that comes with Lake life in August. Don’t miss this beautiful spot, we hope to be back! Owners very responsive, thank you for a great stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the New Blue Lake House! This property was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation - we had our adult son with us, plus our daughter and son-in-law with their 7-week-old baby, and there was plenty of room for everyone.The house itself is spacious and light-filled, with gorgeous lake views from just about everywhere. We loved the generously sized rooms, and having two decks was fantastic - one of them is completely screened in from floor to ceiling.The kitchen was large with a great island and the dining room has an over-sized table that made it easy to accommodate our group. There's also a four-burner outdoor grill that we made extensive use of. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the house had all the amenities we needed.Tod was an exceptional host who really went above and beyond. Even before we arrived, he was reaching out with great local recommendations for restaurants, wine tastings, and things to do. He also suggested Finger Lake Boat Rentals, which turned out to be an excellent recommendation. The folks at the boat rental place actually mentioned how lucky we were to have an owner who lets guests use the boat lift overnight - apparently a lot of rental owners don't allow that, and it made our whole boating experience much better.Having easy access to the water, just a few steps out the lower level back door, was ideal..This home has everything you could want in a vacation rental - a beautiful and well
