1. Primary bedroom - king size bed, TV, bathroom, sleeps 2.
2. Kids bunk room - twin bunk bed and a trundle underneath. TV, sleeps 3 children.
BATHROOMS:
1. Full bathroom with shower/tub in upstairs hallway.
2. Full bathroom with stand up shower in Main bath.
3. Powder room with toilet and sink downstairs.

Very cute townhouse. It was perfect for our Disney trip. Very close to Disney. Checking in was just as described in her email. We had no issues. It was comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this property.

Pros:
-My favorite thing about this place might have been the very responsive host. We had multiple email exchanges prior to our visit and she was very helpful and quick to respond.
-Lots of updates to this older unit. Fresh paint/nice color on the walls, newer furniture, one of the bathrooms had a tiled shower with newer fixtures, good sunlight, lots of bar seating around the kitchen island, etc.
-decent grass belts for kids to play and run around
-bedding in the master was nicer
-master has a vaulted ceiling which makes it feel a little more roomy for its size.
-closet in master is walk in with room to store luggage and a long mirror for getting ready.
-nightstands have the three-in-one wireless chargers which is a nice touch.
-newer Whirlpool and Bosch appliances in kitchen
Cons:
-it needs a deep clean. While the floors and countertops were clean and the furniture newer, every baseboard/ corner/ window sill was dirty/dusty/cobwebs. Some walls had stains and need to be wiped.
-the towels smell clean but are rough and stained. Definitely need an upgrade.
-It is LOUD! The A/C is running all day to try to keep up with the heat (we were there in August) and it’s shockingly loud. Like hard to hear anyone in a conversation and definitely hard to watch TV kind of loud. Add to that the bathrooms automatically run the fan with the lights (single switch) and it’s so loud I got a headache and needed to go for a walk to get away from it. I’d be curious what a sound
