About this house rental
Elegant, contemporary custom 2 story home. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, big landscaped gardens front and back, hardwood floors throughout, stunning kitchen, and much more. Sleeps 4 (up to 6 with futon and inflatable double bed). Clean, modern downstairs bedroom with a queen bed. Bathroom is just outside the door. Upstairs bedroom has a double bed, and another full bathroom adjacent. A futon in the living room folds down to a double bed.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a dining area that leads to the back deck… perfect for coffee in the morning sun and afternoon or evening barbecues. Front deck is perfect for watching the California sunset. Orange, mandarin and a pomegranate tree with tons of fruit in the winter and fall, free for the guests. Upright piano, acoustic guitar and bongos for your musical endeavors. Desk with speakers for your laptop. High Speed WIFI Internet Connection, Washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, filtered drinking water, and more!

There is a wonderful variety of restaurants, bars, antique shops, and convenience stores within walking distance from the house. A farmer's market which takes place on First Street every Thursday afternoon, is walking distance. Benicia, once the capitol of California, is the perfect place from which you can explore so much of Northern California.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It is a vibe and very stylish. It was clean and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed waking up and having a cup of coffee out on the back deck every morning! It was reasonably priced and at a great location!! We will definitely be back!

The house is even nicer than the pictures depict. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very nice comfortable home with all that you need. The back door lock didn't work for us. However, the host is wonderful, very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well located home in a community sorely lacking options for long weekend stays. Town is easily walkable. Sunny backyard deck is a plus. Host is a great communicator and very flexible.
