The house was amazing though maintenance of the house including the on going repares and cleaning should be improved.

My family and I absolutely loved the house at Bottcher Loop!! The bedrooms were spacious and well set up. The living space was great for our party of 7. The fire places put off a lot of heat. Just a heads up, the front door locks behind you, which we unfortunately found out after stepping outside without the keys. Overall, it was a great house, and we look forward to renting it again!

This is a nice-sized house for two families with kids. Nicely decorated and, for the most part, well equipped. For the price, I'd expect the property management company to provide sufficient amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap/shampoo in the bathrooms, but they don't. The house also had no dish towels and no mats in the mud room, which seemed odd. The garage is VERY tight to get an SUV into - especially when it's snowing. The property management company was very responsive, but they would have to respond less if basic things were taken care of in advance (e.g. stock matches and working flashlights in the house in case the power goes out). We'd probably rent this house again.
