The patio features a patio table and 4 relaxing chairs. The bedroom has
a TV, comfortable tropical décor with a King size bed with a beautiful view of the gulf of Mexico. The bunk room includes sleeping area for two and a full bath. Bath towels and bed linen are included. The living area includes a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully supplied. General Electric washer and dryer are included.

We had a nice 4-night stay. The unit was exactly as advertised; comfortable and nice.

Room was clean, beds very comfortable, AC worked great. Owners were very responsive to questions and even allowed us to check in a little early once the room was ready.
Kitchen supplies are very basic, so be sure to bring any special items that you use frequently. Seating for meals consists of only backless barstools, no table & chairs.
Allow a bit of extra time to your drive to get up 11 floors of tight-fitting parking garage. Was nice having same floor parking for loading & unloading. The unit’s parking space has a pylon at the front of it, which limits vehicle size a bit. If you need a luggage cart to load/unload, you’ll have to give up your driver’s license & can only have one.
Walmart is right across the street & was able to deliver our groceries up to the room for us easily.
If you have kids with you, be prepared—ours asked for slushies from Pineapple Willy’s next door because it seemed EVERYONE had one, lol.
Beach chair service is not included in the room but was decently affordable at $45/day from the guys on the beach at the foot of the ramp—they did take cards, too.
Pool deck is really nice. The grill & bar are good but a bit pricey if you don’t feel like bringing snacks & drinks. (We kept our backpack cooler with us) Don’t forget about the indoor pool & hot tub for a quieter place to swim or relax away from the crowds outside.
Overall, a great stay & would recommend!

Loved being their this time of year, wasn't crowded at all. Loved the condo and the view. Only negatives were we couldn't get the ice maker to work and the blow dryer in master didn't work (although 2nd bathroom one did) Comfy couch and bed and love the roomy living area.

On property for work. Great place nice condo, only 2 inconvenience while here parking garage to go up would be much MUCH easier had we code to get in and not have to wait for all check in traffic. Second would've been nice to have more then 1 roll of toilet paper as it was 6 of us on property. Also just a heads up if in full size truck parking garage very tight. Definitely will do again just will prep a little better next time as this was our first experience on vrbo.
