Upscale Condo San Felipe is located in a gated community on a golf course. It is a safe community and security patrol the complex and private beach consistently. The condo is tiled throughout which facilities thorough cleaning for each guest. It is pet friendly as is the complex. Our dog Nala loves her annual vacations in San Felipe! The property has 24-hours surveillance and offers several swimming pools, and Jacuzzi(s), daily activities such as volleyball, full moon mixers music at the pool, cards etc. While the condo is not on the beach, the beach is close (about a ten min walk along a golf course). Sunsets and sunrises are spectacular! Additionally, there are a couple of restaurants in the complex. This spacious house sleeps up to 8 guests and features soundproofing, heating and air conditioning. It has three large bedrooms and three and half baths. The condo has high speed Wi-Fi to facilitate working from San Felipe as necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, Le Creuset saucepans, juicer and there is a dining area inside as well as an outside dining area on the patio (umbrella too). The bathrooms are supplied with toilet paper and hand soap. Tennis courts are also available. Golf can be practiced free of charge in the course, while sports fishing is also a popular activity locally. Mexicali international Airport can be reached in about 2 hours and 30 minutes by car, while Ensenada is 2 hours and 50 minutes’ drive away.
