About this house rental
This beautiful newly redecorated Charleston style tri-level home is located in the popular Grand Pavilion area of Wild Dunes.
This home is perfect for family getaways with an open floor plan, quick access to the community pools, boardwalk, and beach. Recent updates and frequent owner visits ensures that quality standards are maintained. Hardwood floors are in the common areas and downstairs bedroom; carpet is in all upstairs bedrooms.
You will find amazing outdoor spaces in the nicely furnished screened porch with adjacent sundeck. Off the master suite, enjoy the recently furnished covered porch. Designed for great family fun at the beach, the home offers an outdoor gas grill, a private outdoor shower for coming off the beach, five TVs, and wireless internet access.
*The home is setup with Youtube TV with smart tv's in all rooms to provide standard cable which included multiple sports channels. Apps are also available on all tvs to sign into your own personal streaming accounts to access more content. *
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.
Linens Included. No Smoking. No Pets. **Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes**

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and October 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and guests will continue to have access to the beach throughout the project.
