Gouves Sunset apts

Περάσαμε 8 βραδιές σε αυτό το ήσυχο και οικογενειακό κατάλυμα. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη θάλασσα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πραγματικά μοναδικός. Μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Μας βοήθησε με τις βαλίτσες, έφερε προστατευτικό για το κρεβάτι του παιδιού μας, τοποθέτησε δίχτυ ασφαλείας στο μπαλκόνι και ανταποκρίθηκε αμέσως σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Επιπλέον, μας προσέφερε απλόχερα τις γνώσεις και τη βοήθειά του ως κινησιολόγος, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα και μας ωφέλησε πολύ.

Το μόνο σημείο που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί είναι η καθαριότητα του καταλύματος. Ωστόσο, ο οικοδεσπότης έκανε ό,τι μπορούσε για να αντιμετωπίσει άμεσα όσα του επισημάναμε. Τον ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την εξαιρετική φιλοξενία και το ειλικρινές ενδιαφέρον που έδειξε στην οικογένειά μας. Θα τον θυμόμαστε με πολύ όμορφα συναισθήματα.

It is in an excellent location close to the sea and several shops and tavernas. Size and cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. It was great to have both a private balcony at the back and the shared one at the front. The kitchen was just the right size for a short stay, clean, and well equipped. Minas (the host) was genial, helpful, and easily contactable by WhatsApp. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall tidiness of shared areas including pool really needs improving. It needs decluttering, decorating, and properly cleaning. It has great potential but in its current condition, it did not encourage us to stay around as other similar priced places do. With the beach so close, this wasn't really a problem for us.

Minas is friendly, kind, and exceptionally accommodating. He responded promptly to all of our needs and went above and beyond by generously providing us with local food items, including cheese, fresh eggs, and fruit. He is very knowledgeable about the island and offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and local eateries, which greatly enhanced our stay.

This is no fault of Minas, but I wish there were fewer stray cats roaming the property searching for food.
