This cozy carriage house exceeded expectations. My teenage son and I traveled to Savannah to visit SCAD. We were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The home is very clean and well appointed with lovely touches for a homey feel. The owner Nancy is especially responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this carriage house. It was very comfortable and well set-up for 4 adults. It was a great location: close enough to easily walk everywhere but not right in the thick of things, and hence peaceful and quiet. Kitchen well-appointed -- it would be easy too cook a full meal here. We ate in for all breakfasts. Living room furniture, especially sofa, is on the small side -- not great for lounging.
Finally my one complaint is not about the place (we would happily return), but the differential between the advertised price when one first sees this VRBO listing and the final, price -- which was almost 50% more than initial list price. Moreover, the "add-ons" are not all visible upfront, but appear sequentially as one completes the VRBO request. This leaves me with a bad taste for VRBO's process.
