I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this property! It was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated-so many gorgeous details. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make all of your meals (there’s a fantastic grill outside, as well). The washer and dryer are big and ran like new. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. The beach is just a short walk from the house and we appreciated having the beach cart to use. Alex is so incredibly kind and helpful, and answered any questions we had VERY quickly. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

Wow what a great time we had at this property in Sanibel!!Alex was fantastic at communicating, we had a slight hiccup with the wifi but a quick txt soon sorted it.The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fantastic, none of the cleaning product smell you can get sometimes.Kitchen had everything needed and more.Bed was comfy.Beach was about 10 min walk.Very quiet.Easy bike ride or walk to bars, restaurants, shops. What made this place a step up from others we have stayed in is the amount of little extras that Alex provided such as spices, food wrap, paper products, hand soap etc that add up to a fair bit on the shopping bill. Also this is the first place we have stayed in that provided a kettle for a cuppa.Brilliant! We would definitely recommend Alex’s place and would stay again. Thanks Alex.

Beautiful place, clean, very tastefully decorated and minutes away from the beach. It has a front covered porch with net (Florida room:)), big back yard and outdoor shower to rinse off salty ocean water. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
