• PET POLICY: Pets are negotiable with additional fee and rules. $50 (plus tax) PER PET PER WEEK (Not Prorated). Please enter the number of pets and number of guests when searching for availability and the 1st pet fee will be included in the total cost of your booking.

Open living room with 26' vaulted ceilings and a beautiful large stone wood burning fireplace. Home has flat screen TV (not pictured) as well as high speed internet. Updated kitchen cabinetry and appliances. Kitchen is open to both the living area and the dining space. 3 of 4 bedrooms are located downstairs along with a remodeled full bath and two car garage. The two bedrooms downstairs can sleep up to 7 guests while the third bedroom has a day bed and also houses the laundry and has a door to the back yard. The primary bedroom upstairs has a plush queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom plus walk in closet.

Ideally situated holiday home, nice and quiet but easy access within 10 minutes to shops and restaurants. All amenities for both a winter or summer stay at Lake Tahoe.
