Cozy apartment, totally furnished and fully equipped kitchenette. Located in Barranco, the boardwalk is just two blocks away, near to “Metro” grocery market, restaurants, cafés, design stores, art galleries and well connected by public transport.
The apartment has one bedroom with Queen-sized bed, restroom with walk-in shower and smart TV. Dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchenette and a guest restroom.

The 60m2, one bedroom apartment is situated on the fourth floor. The building has two elevators, beautiful gardens and 24 hour concierge.
The apartment also has two 40" HD TV in the living room and in the bedroom, Internet Wi-Fi, iron, safety box, hair dryer, wash & dry machine machine and smoke detector.
For long stays, fresh towels and sheets are provided (weekly change)

The apartment is a nice one bedroom in a secure building. It has comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, good wifi and two large TVs. Ideal for a couple or single traveler. The owner is nice and very responsive.
I highly recommend staying in Barranco while in Lima. There are tons of restaurants, bars and shops, great street art and several interesting small museums. There’s a large grocery store about two blocks from the apartment and a nice little cafe at the end of the block. It’s a bit of a drive to the city center due to traffic, but we took Uber everywhere and found it reliable and very cheap.
