Eric and Kristin have a wonderful property in a great location and they do an excellent job of making it feel like home! They are easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to any questions. They also have curious, friendly goats that love attention and having their heads scratched! We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay here. The listing is as advertised. The king bed was super comfortable and it was nice and quiet at night. Nice big screen TV in the living room. It was nice to be away from everything but yet also super easy drive to everything too. Super cute farm animals that would come over to the fence every time we would go somewhere (clearly they know where the treats come from haha).

I had a wonderful stay at Eric and Kristin’s place. It is nestled in the oaks with a small herd of goats, two adorable sheep and some chickens who shared their eggs with us. (Well - Eric shared them.) The kitchen is fully stocked (which I needed during my 2 week stay), the beds are super comfortable and the setting is very quiet. Perfectly located and very responsive hosts.

My husband and I enjoyed every minute we spent in this guest house. The views of rolling Oak-covered hills, small vineyard, barns with farm animals was just the perfect setting for visiting the wine country. The hosts were just lovely, making us feel that every detail of our stay was attended to. We hated to leave!

The property and Vrbo were both beautiful and spacious. While there, the property felt secluded and peaceful but was surprising close to everything, just without the noise or traffic. Everything was easy to get to and the kiddos and dogs had a great time. I had the opportunity to speak to the owners who were very friendly and responded quickly. 10/10 would stay again because I have a bocci rematch awaiting.

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a beautiful location - with vineyards all around the area. Great location for taking walks/runs - with a 2 mile loop to see all the stunning surrounding countryside and vineyards. We hope to be back to stay again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Tenpleton. The cottage was utterly perfect! Clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The views looking out over the rolling hills, vineyards and old oak trees were amazing. The farm animals were a bonus!!! We will certainly be back.

The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet still peaceful and quiet. We loved our nights grilling on the patio by the fire. We have stayed here a couple times now. Like being in the country yet minutes away from wineries. The fenced pastures had some goats and sheep this time. It was fun watching them roam around. If you need an egg or two the host might have some from the chickens that live there. And there is a Bocce Ball court too. Our "go to"place when wine tasting in Paso Robles.

We came to Paso to pick up our wine club distribution. The location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to go. The country feel of the guest house and surrounding property made us feel as if we were staying in the country. Goats, chicken and sheep added to the rural ambience. We enjoyed evening camp fires under the stars and the sound of crickets.

This property is amazing! The cottage is close to downtown Paso, but just far enough away to have a little R&R. We enjoyed having breakfast outside while watching the goats and sheep graze. The fresh eggs from the chickens were wonderful! We met the host, Eric, who was very helpful and gave us some insight into the area and places to visit/dine. We plan on returning!

This small family farm has a very spacious and private guest house with amazing outdoor surroundings — small outdoor dining and fire pit areas right outside the door, bocce ball too, small vineyard right there with two adorable baby sheep keeping the weeds at bay.

My husband and I brought our 2 grandchildren and our 2 Labradors with us to this property. It was perfect. Chickens, goats, bocce ball court, trampoline and more. Cambria and moonstone beach just a short drive over the mountains and we will be back sometime by ourselves to take advantage of all the wineries nearby. Nicely furnished and very clean, comfortable place with great outdoor area. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The location is fabulous for visiting Westside wineries and is very close to downtown Templeton, which is charming. Fit four of us well (one couple and two single friends) but be aware access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom. It was no problem for us as the bed is well away from the bathroom. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

We absolutely loved this guest house. It has everything you need to cook your own meals. The setting is gorgeous. Chickens in their coop right outside but no rooster to wake you up. A handful of adorable friendly goats out in their field. The master bedroom has a large comfortable bed. Private and quiet with air conditioning for hot days though we didn’t need it much with the nice breeze that comes through. No complicated check-out instructions. Highly recommend. We will be back.
