This house was perfect for 2 families with teens. The location is great - close to town and to several beach clubs. We loved El Surf for teens to surf. The bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen and living room nice and we loved the nano doors that made the outdoors so accessible. We enjoyed the privacy vs a condo. Ivan was extremely responsive and friendly and helped with any issues along with surf board rental, groceries, etc. Nancy made delicious breakfasts and lunches and spoiled us.
Only 2 drawbacks - the deck off the master is not currently accessible (not a huge deal, but would be nice to know.) There were issues with no water on the last evening but Ivan worked to fix it as quickly as possible. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property and would return. We love Punta Mita!

Serenata 4 was wonderful. The property was well-appointed and very large. The living space was bright and airy. The private pool was larger than we expected and was great for the kids to come back to after being at the beach clubs. Luciero, housekeeper and breakfast/lunch preparation) prepared outstanding meals.

Plenty of room for two families. Excellent communication throughout. Overlooks the tee box in Bahia 7. Golf carts make the entire area easily accessible. A/C works great during the summer months. Thanks for a great stay!
