The location is decent, it’s a quiet neighborhood but it’s difficult to reach the beach unless you take a grab/bolt motorcycle. The room is big and the property has a nice swimming pool
The bed mattress and pillows are very uncomfortable. The biggest problem though are the curtains which are basically see through, especially at night if you have the light on.

Very quiet, yet close to a busy street. Nice swimming pool. Nice atmosphere. There are 3 rooms total. When I stayed here, the other 2 were empty. Drying rack outside, reachable from the rear window.

The room is large the pool is great and the local bars / food stalls and shopping is good
Location is fine if you have transport or if you only want to stay local however its 100bht to get into the main area in Pattaya each way
