Newly furnished in 2019 and located in the immediate vicinity of the main beach, directly behind the dike, not far from the pier, relax in our "feel-good oasis", the beach house, at Königsberger Allee 8.

The absolutely quiet property promises light and warmth from sunrise to sunset. The beach is literally hidden and close to the Baltic Sea.
Spacious terraces, an attractive garden with Mediterranean flair, natural sand play area for the little guests, barbecue area and the most modern equipment of the apartments promise pure "connoisseur vacation".

Enter the inviting, bright living room via the spacious terrace. In this apartment, futuristic furnishings have been successfully combined with a cozy living atmosphere. Many windows let in plenty of sun and promise an unrestricted view of the garden.
