About this apartment rental
The condo was built in 2004 and includes all modern conveniences. It is fully furnished, with all kitchen items and linens. State of the art building materials were used in the construction, which include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile throughout. The pool and sundeck are just steps from the front door and the ocean is about 'one block' from you!
In addition, the unit is a secure, walled property with a guard station at the entrance. There is no charge for the howler monkeys which were in the trees surrounding the property, when we visited in August.
The condo is easy walking distance to many local restaurants, grocery stores, and fresh fruit market. Short walk to kayaking, sailing, fishing, snorkeling. Iguanas, monkeys, green parrots are all present and common. Tours easily available to the cloud forest, volcanoes, jungle river cruises, leatherback turtles, and hanging bridges etc.

Perfect place to enjoy a weekend. Reservation process was easy and very easy to communicate with the property manager. The condo is in a very secure area with gated entry. Very close to many restaurants and great beaches. The condo is very spacious and a well stocked kitchen. The property is well maintained and the pool was a nice place to relax as well.

The property was pretty much as described. Not quite as big as depicted. The only issue was that the pool was having maintenance done while we were there, we were not informed a head of time and was only told by the neighbour's. Lost a couple of days of being able to use it.

The condo was as expected, very clean and with all the necessary amenities. Love the location, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores and a few minutes driving from awesome Beaches. Flawless communication with Michael and Lis.
