About this house rental
Holiday home Bozac has three floors (ground floor, first floor and attic), on the total living area of 104 m2. House has a separate entrance, and it is surrounded by a stone wall and a garden with aromatic herbs (lavender, sage and rosemary).
Ground floor
The ground floor is entered through a small hallway that leads into the living room with a minibar, TV-SAT, armchairs and a sofa that can serve as a bed for one (adults) or two (children) persons, and air conditioning that provides heating and cooling. The same hallway leads to a bathroom with a shower and a toilette, equipped with washing machine and heater.
Ground floor also features a kitchen with fireplace, equipped with kitchen counters, refrigerator (with a small space for freezer), dishwasher, and stove (3 gas burners, 1 hot plate, electric oven), microwave, kettle, toaster, deep fryer, coffee machine and air conditioner that is used only for heating. A door from the kitchen leads to covered terrace (20 m2) in the back of the house, near which there is a large children's playground (sandpit, swings, goals for soccer, slide) and a swimming pool (6x4x1, 30) with a shower. The backyard of the house covers approximately 2500 m2.
First floor
In the above-mentioned entry hallway there is staircase leading to the hallway on the first floor that features two bedrooms and another bathroom and toilet.
Orange Room has a double bed, one single bed and a cot, two wardrobes, a small table with two chairs, two bedside tables with lamps, and a dresser with mirror. This room has a view of the children's playground, olive grove and swimming pool.
Amor Room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser with mirror, leather ottoman for seating, and two bedside tables with lamps. The window of this room has a view of the entrance of the house and its fragrant herb garden. Guests staying in this room can also use the gallery with a single bed, separated from by a moving staircase.
Attic Room is located in the attic, and reached by the stairway from the first floor. This rooms has three single beds and one extra bed, with bedside tables and lamps, and one wardrobe. This room is suitable for children, as its height is limited. Air conditioning in the attic provides both cooling and heating. The window of this room has a view of children's playground, olive grove and swimming pool.
Surcharge for stay up to 1 night 30%, up to 2 nights 20%, up to 3 nights 10%.
