Located all on one level, this house has an open plan design, great furniture, Wi-Fi, and has a large fenced front and back yard. Gas BBQ in the large back yard. This home is pet friendly with prior approval.
Close to all the yummy Durango restaurants, coffee shops, and unique Main Street shops that make our town so special.

Pet Policy
This property is pet friendly. All dogs must be included in the guest count of your reservation. A pet fee of $100 per dog applies to each stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Guests are responsible for their pets at all times and must pick up and dispose of all pet waste before departure. Any pet not listed on the reservation will result in a $500 fee.
This home is available to be rented for long-term stays (availability dependent). Please inquire for special pricing.

Please note that there is no mailbox access provided with this property.
If you have a letter or package delivered to a locked mailbox, it is your responsibility to contact the delivery service and make arrangements to retrieve it. We are not responsible for accessing or removing packages or mail from locked mailboxes.
Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking.
Please note that the primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property.

A friendly reminder before you book your stay is to remember that we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guests, pets and gatherings, we are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guests that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guests with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.
Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.
Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within thirty (30) days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between twenty-nine (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. Fourteen (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between thirty-one (31) days in advance of your arrival and fifty-nine (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

The location of this home coupled with the lack of stairs inside and out, made it a winner for our family, one of which is in a wheelchair. We were able to walk to the train, grocery store and all that downtown has to offer from this property and that was amazing, just as described!

The house was everything we needed and it's closeness to downtown, as well as the train station, was perfect. We also had two dogs with us which was wonderful that they were allowed.

Absolutely loved this little home! I came to town to visit some friends & this wonderful home was a perfect location to host dinner with them. The backyard was truly dreamy to sit on the patio while we grilled. The house was so clean & comfortable. A great location, it was just a short walk to town. The host was so kind & easy to communicate with. They also provided information about local eateries & fun touristy sites. 10/10 VRBO & anytime I travel back to Durango, I hope to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Durango. The house was exactly as described and contained everything to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. We brought our two pups with us (their first vacation ever) and they loved playing in the beautiful grass in the front yard. The yard was gated so I did not have to worry about the dogs getting out. This whole process was made so easy and the communication was excellent. We will definitely be back. We are looking for our second home in Durango. I was born and raised there and this was my husband's first time. He fell in love with it. Thank you again.
