About this cottage rental
The property is situated in a an elevated position in Sayers Yard, off Church Street. on the Abbey side of the river Esk. Set over 3 floors with original wooden spiral staircase and many original, and some quirky, features. The bedroom is a double, on the 1st floor, next to the bathroom, with WC and shower over bath.The Attic room is a cosy snug with beamed ceiling and views of both the bridges, hence the name.
Amenities at A 200 year old, delightful, fisherman's cottage, ideally located in Whitby.

Excellent location. Very well equipped...Needed nothing more. Stairs from top floor bedroom a little unsuitable for older people with mobility issues who need to use the toilet during the night...however it states that the property is 200years old so to be expected. Top bannister quite rickety and stairs are spiral. Very homely

Fantastic quirky fisherman’s cottage over 3 floors,
Loads of charm. Great views from the top bedroom. Dogs made to feel extremely welcome, own suitcases of surprises.
Great location, 5 mins walk into town. 10 mins walk to the abbey.
