Nearby is a blue glass gas fire pit with an inviting seating area and an over sized, in-ground "spool" (9 ft. in diameter with seating), coordinating loungers, ,and a large circular convertible shaded daybed.

We had a wonderful stay at Madeline’s Siesta Key home. It was a wonderful fit for our family of 4 which includes young children. My daughter counted and said it is exactly 150 steps from the beach. My kids loved the beach toys and splashing around in the spool to end their day. Madeline checked in on us through the stay and left great notes about how to get around the area and things to check out. We hope to book again soon!

The property was super close to the public access beach and close to Siesta Key and local restaurants, etc. The house was as described and very comfortable. Everything you could need was available. The host was very communicative with an AC problem and had a company here upon our check in, and even followed up the next day to see how it was. The back yard was nice, with a small pool to relax in after a beach day. Having a fenced in, private yard is important to us due to our fur baby. It was a quiet area as well. We really liked the area and would rent again!

Madeline's cottage is the perfect place for a visit to Siesta Key. Walking distance to the beach (even with kiddos). Madeline is so kind and helpful and the cottage has everything you need, including beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. This was our second stay and we've already booked our next stay.
