This stunning 6,000 sq. ft. villa sits on 13 acres of sun-drenched, mostly flat land wrapped in towering forest, open fields, and sweeping mountain vistas. From the moment you arrive, every detail invites you to exhale, slow down, and indulge in refined country living with a touch of wilderness magic.
Step into the dramatic Great Room, where 20-foot cedar-clad vaulted ceilings, glowing wood floors, and a grand stone fireplace create a warm, cinematic gathering space made for connection.
The chef’s kitchen is built for both beauty and performance —with expansive granite counters, high-end stainless-steel appliances, a professional 6-element dual-oven gas stove, and a charming breakfast nook with a panoramic views. A full spice kitchen adds even more room for culinary creativity and entertaining with ease.
French doors open to expansive back decks, complete with a long harvest table and BBQ area—perfect for lingering outdoor meals, sunset conversations, and starlit nights.
For fun and relaxation, the villa offers a spacious Games Room featuring a bar, fridge, pool table, and 75-inch smart TV. Outside, gather around the glowing fire pit or sink into the oversized hot tub, surrounded by quiet forest, fresh mountain air, and endless sky.
The dedicated dining room with a harvest table is ideal for memorable family meals and retreat-style gatherings.
Guests enjoy private use of the entire home. For larger retreats or celebrations, our Rustic Mountain Farmhouse is just four minutes away. It can host up to 16 extra guests.
For the security of the property, video surveillance have been installed on the exterior of the house.
Parts of the house are not available for guest use and are locked. These include two storage closets, a storage room, and the laundry room.
We also require guests to complete a Rental Agreement before they stay at the house.

Some of the amenities require some updates (games room pool table/cues), however everything else was great for grilling and hanging out, the location is peaceful, close to golf course, and overall the stay met expectations and would consider rebooking in the future. Thank you!

The house is great, beautifully laid out for a large gathering and beautifully built. The kitchen is well appointed with quality appliances and we appreciated the little coffee room off to the side. Beds were comfortable and we had a great time. Some of the furniture (especially outdoors) could use some renovation, but the neighborhood, the spectacular views and the overall peace and tranquillity far outweighed anything we found lacking. Bottom line…given the opportunity I would return in a heartbeat! Andre was a wonderful and thoughtful host. So thumbs up!

We booked this property for out of town guests for a family wedding. We had 20 family members but there was plenty of room, it did not feel crowded. The contract was very lengthy and intimidating. I was a bit disappointed with the state of the home. One window was boarded up, the arm of the couch in the media room was falling off, the carpets were stained - it looked better in the pictures. Andre was nice to deal with. There was some confusion with the VRBO site but we were able to rectify the issue.
