About this apartment rental
Wonderful apartment of 35 sqm for 2 persons. Ground floor, double access. Living room (CD player, satellite TV, stereo). Fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave). Double room, bathroom with shower, hair dryer. Facilities: Safe, Internet Wi-Fi connection, mosquito nets. Outdoor terrace with barbecue.
Including gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, internet Wi-Fi, heating, cot and high chair on request, use of washing machine included.
Not included and to be paid on the spot: Refundable damage deposit € 300, late arrival € 50. Bath towels € 3 / person, tourist tax € 1,00 / person / day max. 5 days, under 12 years free.

Our beautiful holiday complex is located in the middle of the Chianti area, only 30 km from Siena, in an idyllic landscape. Nestling in the hills of Tuscany are 8 beautiful and comfortable apartments, at the foot of a gentle range of hills, which is mainly covered by holm oak forests. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the typical landscape between Elsa Valley and "Terre Senesi".
Formerly an old hamlet where the farmers lived and ordered the land for the local lords, the cottages were renovated with respect for the original architecture and tastefully decorated.
Each apartment has its own covered terrace with exclusive garden furniture. Green areas, stone, wood, cotto floors, typical stone walls, flowering arbors and warm colors are the elements that have been skilfully interwoven to create a pleasant atmosphere. The outdoor areas have also been designed to provide the guest with maximum comfort: a large swimming pool (16x8, open May-Oct) surrounded by a terraced cotto tiled sun deck with parasols and sun loungers; the bocce court, the barbecue area and the covered parking area have been cleverly adapted to the rustic ambience. Shared washing machine available.
Distances: Casole D'Elsa is 12 km, Colle Val Elsa 18 km, Siena 30 km, San Gimignano 20 km, Monteriggioni 23 km, Volterra 40 km. Florence is about 60 km away. Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino can be reached in 1 hour.
Next grocery stores or Supermarket are about 3km away. A restaurant is about 1 km away, otherwise about 3-5 km.
