About this house rental
Thank you for considering my classic tudor style home. You will certainly enjoy your stay whether you are staying in or going out on the town. The house is fully equiped with fully stocked kitchen, premium appliances, comfortable memory foam mattresses, 47 inch television, X-Box, Wii, broadband wi-fi, and beautiful antique-style furniture. There are many exciting events and things to do in the area including the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo, College World Series, the Olympic swim trials, concerts and other events at Century Link Center, Old Market and Downtown Omaha, Historic Dundee area, Midtown Crossing, etc. Memorial Park is less than a block away and the University of Nebraska is just beyond. There is room for 3 couples in our 3 bedrooms and a nice dining area with a fully stocked kitchen if you choose to dine in. Two of our favorite restaurants, Dundee Dell and Pitch Pizza, are just a few blocks away. Feel free to email us with any questions. Our main rules are be clean, be honest, and when you leave please have things as they were.

This was everything we could have asked for. It’s located in one of Omaha’s best neighborhoods just a few blocks from memorial park and e creamery. The house is clean and fully equipped. The only issue is the ac in the upper level bedrooms. In hot weather you have to keep the ac low to keep the bedrooms comfortable.

Host was great with everything & cozy, comfortable house worked great for us. First time @ CWS and this location was perfect. Enjoyed morning walks in neighborhood & town/stadium all were less than 10 min drive.
Definitely recommend & we will be back & stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy feeling of holidays at home. Neighborhood was quaint and cottages are vine-covered with mature canopied streets throughout and lovely memorial park nearby.

Nice house in a very nice neighborhood. A few things could have been better for the price we were paying though. 1) the AC doesn't work well upstairs so during hot summer days it is very uncomfortable to sleep in the bedrooms upstairs with the fans on; 2) the trash area by the kitchen smelled terrible when we arrived and smell lasted for a few days; 3) would have liked a heads up from the host before he stopped by with his family to do gardening around the house during out stay.
