About this house rental
Beautiful and spacious custom home in Pinetop Country Club area offered as a Vacation Rental. Three bedrooms downstairs, large Loft/4th bedroom which also serves as a kids playroom upstairs, double bed, bunk beds (double), and a separate bathroom. This custom home was built in 2008 and has a very open floor plan. Downstairs is the family room and kitchen, wood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedrooms has a king bed, large TV and a bathroom with a double shower head and access to the back porch. Also downstairs are two additional bedrooms with a queen bed and a double bed and separate bathroom and bathtub. Upstairs is a 4th bedroom or kids paradise loft with double bunk beds, a double bed, TV and separate bathroom with a shower. A large front porch, tire swing, and an extra large back porch with a BBQ and swings that look out over the backyard with a fire pit and trampoline. There is a laundry room and a large two car garage.
The house is close to town with easy access to the national forest and only 20 minutes to the sunrise ski resort for winter skiing and summer fun (Zip Lining and Mountain Bike Riding/Hiking). Only 10 miles to Hawley Lake for lake or stream fishing.
Unfortunately, due to changes with the local Homeowners Association (HOA), renters will no longer have access to the near by Community Center.

Nice place to enjoy time with family. I took my daughter and her family, including her 90 year old mother in law. The kids had a blast, safe property and neighborhood. They had everything we needed, easy access and check out. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the cabin was great! The cabin is so roomy and welcoming..Everything you need to enjoy your stay, is available.. the host is very available and responsive.. I would definitely visit again.. Thank you for some heartfelt memories..M Real

Felt like we were at up home. Great neighborhood and plenty of room for everyone. Close to everything in Pinetop.

The house is very comfortable to stay in for a big crowd. how ever it really needs deep clean, kitchen appliances where greasy, the kitchen trash can was very dirty, and so was the carpet. bathroom walls where dirty had spills, and bathroom showers was not properly cleaned. we where happy and everything had been good, until couple days after our stay, i received a very rude message from the host blaming us for a smell in the garage because of the holidays the trash was not picked up and one of my older kids made the mistake of putting the can back inside. we though that would be taken care of by the cleaning crew and we explained that to host, to which he was very irradiated and rude saying it was our job as guests to make sure the house was good, and that his cleaning crew was not responsible for any trash. i also felt in confidence when i first talk to him prior to our trip about some bad experience we had with a booking and he tried to make us feel bad about it and saying we where bad guests when he didn't even have information on what the incident was about. we have had other bookings and never had any complains or problems. his tone tow3ards me was very rude and inappropriate and he was treating with charging extra fees, and was irrational and it almost felt like harassing towards me. i had to block his phone number because of his rude messages. this experienced left a very bad taste in my mouth about ever renting again.
