About this apartment rental
Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, Ocean View Condo, located in Building B of the Myrtle Beach Resort. Condo sleeps 6. The Condo is located on the 2nd floor and overlooks the large indoor heated pool and beautiful indoor atrium. The location on the second floor is the best of both worlds; nicer views and easy access using elevator or stairs.
The Condo comes fully furnished and is tastefully decorated with a Beach theme. The Kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances (Range, Fridge, Dishwasher and Microwave, Blender, Coffee Pot), silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils and plenty of dishware to serve your family.
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen sized bed and is equipped with a Private bathroom. The Second Bedroom is furnished with one Double Bed. The Living Room is furnished with a Pull-out Sleeper Sofa.
Large Balcony has beautiful views of the ocean and immaculate, manicured landscape ponds. This is a perfect spot to unwind at day's end and watch the incredible sunsets.
Myrtle Beach Resort is a family friendly, fully secured, gated resort community that sits on 33 acres. The resort does require that at least one person/occupant in the condo, who is named on the lease, to be 23 years of age or older.
Guests of the resort have complimentary use of six swimming pools, including two heated indoor pools, four whirlpools, two steam rooms, three saunas, lighted tennis courts, two work-out rooms, lighted shuffleboard, a basketball court, putting green, bocce ball, game room, playground, in-season children’s activities, free wifi, a long lazy river, volleyball, barbecues, an ocean front cabana bar and dance floor with live entertainment in season, a poolside snack bar, deli, and gift shop.
This will make a perfect get-a-way and Resort is very conveniently located to all of Myrtle Beaches attractions. Far enough away from the bustle but close enough to make a short drive to all the many area attractions.

I was disappointed that there was virtually no security regardless of the resort being a gated place that requires a key code. Many of the security were young boys who did nothing. Bldg B has an indoor pool which attracts people after hours along with their loudness, running through the hallways by the occupied units even during the 'quiet hours'.
The 2nd bldg which we had to walk through on the way to the outside pool/beach smelled of marijuana constantly. and absolutely reeked. I did not feel as safe there as I should have felt.
1st night the Fire Department was called and many residents vacated the building, it appears someones wayward kids pulled the alarm. This was just before midnight.
2nd night as we were returning to the resort and about to go into the building the Fire Department was again screaming iinto the complex. This time I heard someone say that the grass in the back on the beach had been set fire.
PARKING..........COMPLETE AND TOTAL NIGHTMARE and does not seem to be enough room for all the occupants.
The unit were rented was satisfactory but again did not feel safe as the door know is quite giggly and it or the doror on needs repair/replacement. There were not sufficient towels for a full week and we did laundry them for reuse. It's not a huge deal but worth mentioning.
