Enjoy the perfect Vail getaway in this wonderful condo located right in Vail Village. This three bedroom plus loft three bath suite features 1572 square feet of living space; one king bed; two queen beds; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; deck and in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Nine Vail Road Condos are surrounded by the Four Seasons Hotel, located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

The location is unbeatableThe condo is clean and as advertised.There were some minor set backs like the heat upstairs was suffocating (even with the heat turned off and the windows open)The roof leakedthe hot tub jets did not workbut again, overall, decent stay

Apartment/Property was great for us. Love the location right on edge of Vail Village. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Indoor/heates parking was a nice bonus. Pool/hot tub was great! Would stay again!
